Fitzroy's locals were recently treated to their newest neo-bistro, Little Rose, landing at 274 Brunswick Street this May. The culinary love child of acclaimed chef Rosheen Kaul and Melbourne-renowned mixologist Joe Jones, it's a modern take on the Parisian bistro: French at its core, with Rosheen's signature Asian references woven throughout.

Hutton House led the launch across press over four weeks, building momentum from 'Coming Soon' through to opening night and curating a 32-person media preview dinner with the city's key tastemakers and top-tier press.

The word spread fast — landing placements across The Age Good Food, Broadsheet, Gourmet Traveller, Delicious., Herald Sun and Concrete Playground ensured Little Rose arrived with the attention it deserved. By opening weekend, it had already cemented itself as Melbourne's hottest table.
