Butter Days Bakery has quickly become Malvern’s newest local favourite. Founded by Michelin-trained pastry chef John Demetrios and his wife Martina, it's the realisation of a long held dream and exactly what Southsiders had been waiting for.

Hutton House led the launch across press and content, crafting a campaign that brought the bakery’s neighbourhood charm to life and drove real world buzz from day one. The word spread quickly – an exclusive in The Age Good Food set the tone ahead of opening day, and within 45 minutes, the shelves were empty.

In just two weeks, Butter Days had become Melbourne’s newest bakery obsession, with 18 placements across top-tier outlets including Broadsheet, Urban List, Delicious, Concrete Playground and Sitchu, and plenty more rolling through post-launch.
